PRECONSTRUCTION

We are a forward-thinking company that actively seeks to get involved in preconstruction works, including client value management, authority approvals, preconstruction programming, and methodology. We work closely with our subcontractors to identify cost savings and alternatives for initial design. We are often engaged for early contractor involvement and preconstruction stage with our clients to provide expert advice and support.

ACCREDITATIONS

We are CM3 accredited and are a member of the Master Builders Association. We also have child safety approvals for educational sector/school works.
