Corbally Constructions completed a project for NSW Catholic Schools at Bede Polding Catholic College in South Windsor. The project involved upgrading the existing Technology and Applied Studies (TAS) Facility between the Design and Material Technology departments. The scope of work included demolition works, structural works, installation of new services, installation of new glazing screens, and internal finishes.

The primary objective of the project was to create a modern and functional TAS Facility that could accommodate the growing needs of the school. Corbally Constructions collaborated closely with the school management and the project architects to deliver a high-quality facility that would provide students with a state-of-the-art learning environment.

The project commenced with demolition works to remove the existing walls. We then carried out extensive structural works to ensure the building was structurally sound and could accommodate the new glazing screens. The team also installed new electrical and plumbing services.

One of the key features of the project was the installation of new glazing screens that allowed natural light to flood the facility. The new glazing screens also provided a clear view between the rooms, which helped to create a more connected and open learning environment.

Corbally Constructions also completed the internal finishes, including the installation of new flooring, painting, and ceiling linings including PC Items. The finishes were selected to create a modern and aesthetically pleasing space that would inspire creativity and learning.

Throughout the project, we adhered to strict safety and quality standards to ensure the safety of the school community and the longevity of the facility. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the finished facility exceeded the expectations of the school management and the project architects.
