This global technology company required a facility to accommodate its Australian distribution centre and other functions, and integrate more than 100 employees.

 

The facility comprised 3000 square metres over two levels, with several design challenges between the base building design and fitout that required resolution prior to construction. The project was fast tracked to be successfully completed in under ten weeks, with the end result an incorporation of high quality finishes and fixtures. Key features included detailed joinery for breakout areas and offices, the installation of workstations, an upgrade of all services and reconfiguration of the warehouse.
