QMS Media engaged Corbally Constructions for a complete refurbishment of their 600 square metre office space. Construction of new meeting rooms and an open plan office area was required, inclusive of structural works, as well as the upgrade of services, refurbishment of existing offices and installation of new kitchen and bathrooms. ​

 

The delivered services included new electrical and data services, new lighting in offices and warehouse, hydraulic services for a new breakout area and kitchen area, mechanical split systems for offices, and upgrades to the existing warehouse, such as roller doors and external paint. The open plan areas were carpet tiled, vinyl and tiles applied to bathroom areas, and new joinery provided for the kitchen.
