Corbally Constructions was engaged to deliver 2000 square metres of Architectural-designed office space and retail showrooms. With a 6 star Greenstar building rating. electrical services were designed in consideration with the Greenstar building requirements (such as a DALI lighting control system) and integration of the existing building systems.

 

A key requirement was for an open plan office space for each department to work collaboratively together. In addition to 8 directors offices, a CEO office and boardroom, a breakout area was developed for 100 staff, inclusive of a kitchen area. The space also incorporates showrooms, a fashion workshop and international travel area.

 

No attention to detail was spared, with finishes including rendered office walls, groove wall panelling for retail display walls, European oak engineered floors, ash suspended ceiling battens, full height double glazing office walls, and terracotta wall tiles.
